Bkay Studios ("we", "us") provides a video and community app for fans of Bkay Studios content. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Account data: when you sign in with Google or Apple we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. Content you create: forum posts, comments, likes, and the shows you follow. Photos and videos: images and videos you upload to forum posts, comments, or as your profile and cover photo are stored on Cloudinary's servers. Purchases: event-ticket records (we do not store your card details — payments are handled by Paystack). Push notifications: a device token is generated to deliver push notifications; you can disable these at any time in your device settings. Device and usage data: basic diagnostics used to keep the app reliable.
To provide and personalise the app, enable community features, process event-ticket purchases, keep the service safe (including reviewing reported content), and comply with the law.
We share data only with service providers that help us operate the app — Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting), Cloudinary (storage for user-uploaded photos and videos), and Paystack (payments). We may disclose information if required by law.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile and associated data, including saved videos and followed shows. Content you posted may be removed or anonymised.
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us to make a request.
