You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the app in your country.
You retain ownership of content you post, and you grant us a licence to host and display it within the app. You agree NOT to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, spam, or otherwise objectionable. We operate a zero-tolerance policy: objectionable content and abusive users are removed, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can report content and block users from within the app, and we act on reports within 24 hours.
All content available through the app, including films, trailers, graphics, logos, and text, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without permission.
Content provided through the app is licensed for personal, non-commercial viewing only. Users may not record, redistribute, or publicly display content without authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in conduct that may harm the platform or its users.
Tickets purchased in the app are for real-world events and are subject to the organiser's terms. Payments are processed by Paystack. Refunds, where applicable, follow the event organiser's policy.
The app displays video content hosted on YouTube and other third-party services, which is subject to those services' own terms.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
